Level 1 Plans Reports - These confirm whether a plan is suitable for registration and if there are any competing registered interests. This level of service is fine for most straightforward registered property.
Level 2 Plans Reports - These incorporate a Level 1 Report, and also check that the boundaries of the property match Ordnance Survey (OS) maps.
Level 3 Plans Reports - These incorporate a Level 2 Report, and provide detailed information on any competing interests, as well as registered servitudes and burdens, and minerals. This is our most popular and comprehensive type of search.

On receiving your instructions, we’ll first of all check that we have everything we need to perform the search. Next, we’ll complete all the necessary checks and come back to you with an authoritative answer on whether or not the plan or description meets the registration criteria.

If my historic Deed Plan isn’t suitable and I get a new Deed Plan produced, can I update my Plans Report.

Yes, if we provide a Plans Report that shows that you Deed Plan isn’t suitable for registration and we subsequently produce a new Deed Plan, we’ll provide a new Plans Report based on this Deed Plan free of charge.

I’ve heard that Millar & Bryce Plans Reports aren’t as acceptable a RoS Plans Reports
